In the last 20 years, I have extended my focus on integral educational practices both within educational institutions and businesses – accentuating the need to understand and honor the integral nature of human beings, e.g. developing and integrating all of our intelligences – mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual, and acknowledge our essential connection with nature and the cosmos. My wide-ranging experiences over the years, woven together with this integral educational approach has brought about a deep commitment to transforming education, focusing initially in the United States.
